Esther serves on the faculty at The Hartt School Community Division —The University of Hartford, where she teaches and is put in charge of a brand new program The Chinese Music Tradition,

which explores Chinese culture and broadens students' musical experiences by delving it.

Through this musical experience, students have the opportunity to engage with a new music system, immerse themselves in distinctive musical style, learn and explore traditional Chinese instruments, and experience rich Chinese musical traditions.
